Please park in the field on the left hand side, across the way from the ceremony spot. The ceremony is taking place in the front yard, and cocktail hour and reception will be in the backyard.

Parking

Amber's Team of Engineers have determined that there is more than enough room for everybody to park on the property. When you pull into the paved portion of our driveway, please park in the field on the left hand side. Check out the map on the home page to get the lay of the land.

Rain Plan

Fear not - we're equipped with a tent large enough for all of our guests and the dance floor! Rain or shine, we're still on.

Adults-Only Event

With our big extended family and a dance floor that can only hold so many, figuring out the guest list was definitely a challenge! While we appreciate each and every member of our family and friend circles, we respectfully ask that all guests be age 18 and up on the wedding date, with a few thoughtful exceptions. Enjoy the night out on us! The number of seats reserved for your party will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Registry

Please do not feel obliged to buy us a gift. Your love, laughter, and presence on our wedding day is the greatest gift of all! However, if you'd like to view our registry, you can find it on our website.

This is the closest, most convenient airport to get to the Capital Region. It is approximately 30 minutes from the venue and 15 minutes from our chosen hotel. Click <a href="https://www.albanyairport.com/parking-and-transport/ground-transportation/car-rentals" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a> to see car rental options, if you are interested!

Albany International Airport

We have reserved a block of rooms with a group rate at the Residence Inn by Marriott for Friday and Saturday night. It is 20 minutes from the venue. You can reserve online with our special group link by clicking the "Website" block below. Or, you can call the hotel at (518) 218-7240 and mention the Moore&amp;McKenna Wedding, or code MMWMMWS. You will be able to book with the group rate until the cut-off date of July 1, 2026. Please note that if the block fills up, we can add on more rooms until the cut-off date. Don't hesitate to contact the couple if you have any questions or troubles with your booking!
